Signature dishes include; Gourmet Braised Oxtail and parmesan herb mash, Bamboo Grove moneybags: Ackee, Scallop and Saltfish served in a filo pastry served with a quenelle of a crayfish cream and Passion Fruit Bavarois.

In addition to a comprehensive list of exquisite wines selected from around the globe, they have a cocktail menu which is second to none, but be warned, their Rum Punch carries a hefty kick!
