The party season is over, the days are short and dark, and it is hard to motivate yourself. But dont be fooled into thinking that you can just take it easy for a while, spring is knocking and summer will be here(and gone!) before you know it. So come on, get up and move that body.
Have you been drinking too much! Drinking will dry out you and your skin. Even a moderate amount of alcohol will increase the chance of dehydration and reduce your blood sugar levels lowering your overall energy levels. Plenty of water is needed.

Stretch - it feels good and is good for you.
Stretching is always an important part of exercise routine, in making the muscles warm. But you can stretch at any time of the day, taking a few moments out of your day to stretch, keeps you feeling relaxed and rejuvinated. For the couch potatoes out there, you can even do it while you are watching TV,
Take a brisk walk everyday, even if its just for ten minutes, you will get your blood flowing and warm up your body.
