Next Carnival: June - July 2009

The Caribbean island of St Vincent hosts an amazing party each year during carnival. Vincy Mas, as it is also known, is a week of celebrations.

Highlights include the Miss Carnival beauty show, J'ouvert, as well as competitions to find the King and Queen of The Bands, a Junior Carnival, Steel Band and Calypso Competitions.

The celebrations conclude with parade of masqueraders, reveller bands
