Notting Hill Carnival Roadshow of the UK to join in the Seychelles carnival frenzy

Seychelles will once again welcome the Notting Hill Carnival Roadshow on its shores to join in the celebrations of the fifth anniversary of Carnaval International de Victoria next month.

In a press release, the team from Notting Hill said the Carnaval International de Victoria is special to them since they have been able to witness its growth from nothing, to a carnival with the unique distinction of being “the most diverse carnival in the world.”

The Notting Hill Carnival Roadshow is expected to bring a range of new colorful costumes from its groups – Sunshine International Arts, Mahogany Carnival Arts, BeeRaaHar Carnival Club, Flamingo Carnival Club, and the ladies from Paraiso.

Spectators who will be lining up in the heart of Victoria on April 25 to watch the carnival floats as they snake their way through the streets of the capital, will be given a to give a show-stopping performance that emphasizes the arts of carnival of “mas,” “pan,” and “DJ music.”

“The Notting Hill carnival pays tribute to the people of Seychelles for their innovation and creation of such a wonderful carnival experience that brings the world to Seychelles,” said its Chief Executive Claire Holder.
