Create Programmers and Headstart present: Discover Young Hackney Closing Party

The Create Programmers, young event organisers from the Olympic host boroughs, host the FREE closing party for Discover Young Hackney, at the Arcola Tent in Hackney on Saturday 25 February 2012.

The line-up reflects the wide range of young talent in the borough, featuring live performances from folk troubadour Fiona Bevan, rapper/MPD wizard Pepstar, wordmistress Lil Simz and grime mc/producer Jammz alongside readings and performances from Penguin/Faber author Joe Dunthorne, Faber New Poet Jack Underwood and emerging spoken word artist Kojey Radical all garnished with theatre, dance, fashion shows, and art highlights from Discover Young Hackney, and live installation and VJing courtesy of Constant Pictures, Headstart's collective of young film makers.
