Donald Louis Palmer qualified in 1982 from the London College of Furniture with City & Guilds in All Aspects of Furniture Making & Design (Merit Class).
From the DLP Workshop in New Malden in Surrey, Donald and his team employ the full range of traditional skills relating to the Restoration and Conservation of fine furniture. Cabinet Making, Wood Carving and French Polishing make up a comprehensive service. Original pieces can be copied, perhaps to make up a pair of mirrors or set of dining chairs.
Donald can also design and make an item to the Client’s brief.
Clients include Collectors, Dealers, Interior Designers and Property Management Companies as well as on-site projects in Stately Homes.
