Sauté Trinbago 2011

Organizers of one of Trinidad and Tobago's most anticipated cultural engagements prior to Carnival each year are saying that this year they're going above and beyond to ensure the masses enjoy every moment of the affair. Sauté Trinbago 2011 takes place at the Queen's Park Savannah on Sunday, September 25th - one day after the Republic Day holiday on the island.

Culturally, the event has proven its worth since its inception in 2009 and stakeholders have taken notice. Culinary practitioners are now viewing the engagement as the ultimate opportunity to market themselves, their companies and brands. Event organizers, promoters and even socialites who're interested in throwing their own soirees understand that at Sauté Trinbago, the opportunity is always rife, to see, taste and experience first hand, the talent, skill and professionalism of all chefs and culinary geniuses on display.

In previous years, the event demonstrated how closely intertwined entertainment and culinary art are. Music, dance and other special showcases of Trinidad and Tobago's multi-ethnic society add to the flavour enjoyed by the crowds who attend each year. In 2011, Cloud 9 - the organizing entity responsible for this grand food and entertainment gala, promises that patrons will not be disappointed. In fact, they're guaranteeing that this year will mark the event's biggest showing ever.

With planning underway, a lot is being done behind the scenes in preparation for September 25 including the hiring of one of T&T's biggest soca artistes. Whether patrons choose to guess who that star will be is up to them at this time, but one thing’s for sure according to Sauté organizers, and that’s the fact that Sauté Trinbago 2011 will be a must attend calendar event for all who understand the power of presence.
