Competition Rules
• Design your own version of the Dance

•Go to www.bigandbashy.com (coming soon) and download the fling foot instrumental.

• Create a 30 second routine and film it via Camcorder, Mobile Phone, Digital Camera etc.

• Upload and post on Myspace with the title Fling Foot Dance Off

• Send the link for your posted video to info@bigandbashy.com along with your name, email address, age, shoe size and mobile number.

Winning Entries

All winning entrants will be invited to the official Fling Foot Launch Party.

All finalists will perform thier 30 second routine to the judging panel and audience. (Judging panel to include: Kymberlee Jay (Nike Choreographer), Scottie B (MTV Base / Choice Fm) tbc.

The winning dance will be named the official Fling Foot Dance and instructions will be posted on Myspace.

You will choreograph the dance routine for the official music video.

Appear at UK Sting 2008 @ Stratford Rex (UKs biggest Reggae show)

All finalists will recieve a pair of Limited Edition Nike Air Max Fling Foots and a goodie bag courtesy of New Era, Band B Collection and many more.

Entry Requirements

To enter you must be over the age of 16 and be able to attend the final in December if selected.

All entrants will be contacted back with news on thier entry.
