Next Carnival: 14th - 15th August 2010

Nottingham Carnival is two days of activities and entertainment for all the community, drawing crowds of up to 80,000. Live performances from the main stage, music tents, workshops, stalls, funfair, crèche facilities and truly something for everyone! The Nottingham Caribbean Carnival is one of Nottingham's most spectacular and colourful events with two days of FREE family entertainment for all to enjoy.

Sunday was the main Carnival parade day, with the parade leaving Sherwood Rise at 2.30pm. Revellers enjoy soca, reggae, steelpan, and the streets fulls of colourful costumes.
