In October 2005 Arts Council England and Camden Arts and Tourism will be hosting the On Route International Carnival Arts Conference at the Camden Centre in London.

Young Carnival Designer Awards

In October 2005 Arts Council England and Camden Arts and Tourism will be hosting the On Route International Carnival Arts Conference at the Camden Centre in London.

As part of our youth programme for the conference we would like to invite your young people to enter our ‘Young Carnival Designer Awards’.

Young people are asked to design costumes representing a Carnival King, Queen, Prince or Princess.

Prizes up to the value of £1000 in each age category will be awarded and the winning entries will be transformed into 5ft x 3ft banners to form part of the conference exhibition at the Camden Centre and at Swiss Cottage Library.
