Dame Kelly Holmes to launch health and beauty show in London

Double Olympic gold medallist and healthy living advocate Dame Kelly Holmes will open the So Beautiful! Show on 27th October at the London Excel, Royal Victoria Dock. The So Beautiful! Show is a two-day wellbeing exhibition promoting the value of being beautiful inside and out! Whether it is a personal development seminar, life coaching, a beauty treatment, hair styling session or a consultation with a financial advisor, consumers can find a wealth of resources to improve their day-to-day wellbeing all in a one-stop location – The So Beautiful Show!

‘These days, there are a growing number of shows which only deal with beauty on the outside, however this show is here to prove that beauty is not just skin deep,’ says organiser Stella Ken-Adams. ‘So Beautiful gives women and men a unique opportunity to improve their all round wellness – and maintain their beauty.’

The So Beautiful! Show is an exciting, and interactive exhibition where attendees are able to navigate their way through a series of self-improvement zones. Visitors will be able to enjoy a vibrant mix of seminars, treatments, demonstrations, fashion shows and family entertainment.

The So Beautiful Show will be held on 27th - 28th October at the prestigious ExCeL International Centre in London. Over the weekend, this world class exhibition centre will welcome over 25,000 attendees, and be home to the first wellness and lifestyle event of its kind in the UK and Europe.
