Soca News would like to Thank all those who attended the 1st Annual Soca Music Awards at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury and we look forward to your continued support and in making next years event even more of a success.

The Glitz...The Glamour...The Excitement and of course The Paparazzi...It's all about The first annual Soca Music Awards. Come down to the Holiday Inn - London Bloomsbury and help celebrate UK talent. This is a once a year event so come and be part of something special and not just a run of the mill event.

We have asked you to dress formal, but once you are wearing smart casual clothing you are most welcome. we don't want any jeans, trainers, tshirts, hoodies so dress up decent.

You won't just get a glass of Rum Punch on the night but some good Caribbean Cuisine and its all inclusive in the credit crunch price of £35. The chef has assured me there will be some rice and peas, Jerk Chicken, Curry Lamb, Fish salads and a whole heap of other tasty delights.

There will be performances from up and coming UK talent such as Scrappy, Ms Desire, Silvah, Chardani to name a few. And who knows we might just roll it in to the awards.

Once the awards are over you can dance the night away until the early hours of 2am and at the end of it know that you have supported a worthy cause and not just turned up to say thank you.

We open the doors at 6.30pm and close at 2am.
