Bob Marley’s 70th Birthday Global Legacy
Each year there are annual birthday celebrations for the world’s greatest reggae icon. 2015 is a special year as the legendary Bob Marley would have been turning 70 this February 6th.
Fans can mark the occasion with events, concerts taking place and venues around the world, as well as new releases and a new Bob Marley reggae musical on his life called ‘Nesta’s Rock’.

Jamaica will be celebrating throughout the year with live performances and exhibitions at venues across the island. Negril will host the 23rd annual Bob Marley Birthday Bash a festival with an international line up of reggae acts. The Bob Marley Museum in Kingston which renovation, will reopen in time to hold its own special Earthstrong celebration on Marley’s birthday, 6 February.
