Antigua Marriage License Laws
No waiting period

If you are staying at a resort, consult with the manager to help you make arrangements to secure your marriage license

Identification required for Antigua Marriage License
Proof of citizenship from resident country is required such as valid passport or birth certificate and photo driver’s license

If either party has been divorced, the original divorce decree or a certified copy must be presented.

All documents must be in English, if not, they must be translated and notarized

Entry Requirements
A full British passport of at least six months validity is required for all British nationals visiting Antigua and Barbuda. British nationals do not require a visa.

Applying for a marriage license
The Couple must go to the Ministry of Justice in the capital of St. John to complete and sign a declaration before a marriage coordinator.
