St Kitts & Nevis Marriage License Laws 
Couple must be in the country for two full working days before the ceremony

A Roman Catholic wedding has additional requirements

Need special form from Legal Department signed by the Justice of Peace

If you are staying at a resort, consult with the manager to help you make arrangements to secure your marriage license

Both parties must have a return ticket
Identification required for St Kitts & Nevis Marriage License

Proof of citizenship from resident country is required such as valid passport or birth certificate and photo driver’s license

If either party has been divorced, the original divorce decree or a certified copy must be presented.

All documents must be in English, if not, they must be translated and notarized
Entry Requirements Passport required by all citizens except for US and Canadian citizens who can provide a birth certificate or certificate of citizenship with a photo ID. Return or onward ticket is required by all visitors. Some citizens require Visa's.
