Trinidad & Tobago Marriage License Laws 
There is a three-day residency requirement, counted from the day of arrival, to obtain a marriage license here.

A Roman Catholic wedding on Trinidad & Tobago has additional requirements

If you are staying at a resort, consult with the manager to help you make arrangements to secure your marriage license

Both parties must have a return ticket
Identification required for Trinidad & Tobago Marriage License

Proof of citizenship from resident country is required such as valid passport or birth certificate and photo driver’s license

If either party is divorced, original or notarized copy of degree absolute

All documents must be in English, if not, they must be translated and notarized
