The information below is a basic guide to what you need and who to contact for getting married in Turks and Caicos.
Turks and Caicos Marriage License Laws 
Both parties must be in The Turks and Caicos Islands at the time of the application. It takes two or three days to get the marriage license

A Church wedding on Turks and Caicos has additional requirements

If either party is unmarried, being a citizen or resident of a country other than the U.S.A., a declaration certifying this fact must be sworn before a Notary Public or other person authorized to administer oaths in that country and must accompany the application for the Marriage License.

No blood test is necessary.

If you are staying at a resort, consult with the manager to help you make arrangements to secure your marriage license

Both parties must have a return ticket

Proof of citizenship from resident country is required such as valid passport, original birth certificate and photo driver’s license

If either party has been divorced, the original divorce decree or a certified copy must be presented.

All documents must be in English, if not, they must be translated and notarized
Entry Requirements A passport or birth certificate and a photo ID. Visitors are allowed to stay 30 days, this is only renewable once. You also must have a return or on going ticket.
Applying for a marriage license
Marriage Licences are issued at the office of the Registrar in Providenciales. This office is open to the public Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
