This unique party hosts an exciting line up of motivating instructors and presenters leading, simple, fun and energised workouts to upbeat, urban tracks.
Held at the Baden-Powell House in South Kensington, the party features five 25-minute fitness and dance workouts at levels that cater for all.
Created and hosted by Exercise Instructor, Selena Brown (SBFITNESS), the difference about the blastoff compared to any other workout event is that this is a party. Key aspects of the party include a live DJ spinning the latest tracks, raffles and prize giveaways, friendly competition and challenges as well as delicious jerk chicken with fresh salad.
This party is for anyone who enjoys dancing, who wants to get fit, have a good time and meet new people in an exciting, lively atmosphere. It is for those who want to party with a purpose – the purpose being to have fun and get fit at the same time.
