About Mangrove Steel Band
Mangrove Steel Band was formed in 1980 by members of the Trinidadian community in the Ladbroke Grove West London.
They have kept the music and culture of the Caribbean alive and well in West London. The band has gained great success over the years, and have taken the championship numerous times at Panorama, Notting Hill, they are the Millennium Champions of Steel.
At Notting Hill Carnival they have won Best Band on the Road to Biggest Band on the Road, and throughout the year travel around Europe.
