Twinning Association Fundraising event for Dominica
A night of entertainment for a good cause. A Fundraising Show & Dance in support of Dominica following the devastation caused by Tropical Storm Erika in August 2015.
An evening of superb local and international artists, dancers, poets and musicians. It’s a great line up to start the weekend! The Show will be compered by the delightful TV presenter Denise Nurse in the presence of Waltham Forest’s Mayor as well as the High Commissioner of Antigua & Barbuda and the acting High Commissioner of Dominica.
The doors will open at 7pm and you will be welcomed by the tropical sounds of Nite Blues Steel Band. The show’s final performance will be from the excellent Stratford East Singers followed by DJ Floyd’s musical selection for all tastes to dance, till midnight. You will be able to buy your drinks, Caribbean food by Plantation Inn and raffle tickets for great prizes.
