About SWICA Cardiff MAS
The annual Cardiff MAS Carnival brings Cardiff City Centre alive with hundreds of flamboyant costumes and carnival creations, masks and headpieces, giant puppets on backpacks and mobile sculptures. Over the last 25 years South Wales Intercultural Carnival Arts (SWICA) have organised Carnival community workshops, costumes and floats
The carnival parade is the main attraction and the route starts at 3pm leaving from Churchill Way leading to Queen Street on to St Mary’s Street and The Hayes.

All welcome, family groups, friends and individuals of all ages… No experience necessary, an expert team of multicultural carnival artists, drummers and dancers will be on hand throughout.
