Barbados Expo 2006 is being held from the 18-20th August 2006 at the Olympia Exhibition Centre, London
The Barbados Investment and Development Corporation, in association with the Barbados Tourism Authority and the Barbados High Commission, will be hosting Barbados Expo 2006 at the London Olympia Exhibition Centre on 18-20
August 2006.
The demand for this re-launch of a Barbados Exhibition follows the extremely successful Barbados Expos 1997, 98 and 99. The event will again showcase Barbadian products and services to nationals and non-nationals resident in the United Kingdom. It will also be an ideal forum for Barbadians living in the United Kingdom to gather information on the services and investment opportunities available on the island.
In order to encourage bi-lateral trade and strategic alliances between Barbados and the United Kingdom, the exhibition will, on August 18, be open exclusively to business people and potential buyers. The event is expected to attract thousands more visitors over the following two days.
We are pleased to extend an invitation to any British based or Barbadian business interested in doing business with Barbados to participate in this exposition which will feature manufactured products and services such as health, education, banking and financial services, shipping, tourism and real estate, among others. In addition, authentic beverages and delicacies from Barbados will be on sale throughout the exhibition.
Stands will be available in sizes 6, 9, 10, 12 and 18 sq metres at the price of £175.00 per sq metre. This cost is exclusive of electricity, furniture and any other fittings required by the exhibitor.
Exhibitors are also invited to promote their products and services in the commemorative brochure which is being produced for the event. Interested persons are advised to book advertising space and supply the required artwork as soon as possible.
